Fried rice is always a great go-to dish when you’re craving something quick and satisfying. Here are some amazing fried rice recipes I found that are sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of cubed ham or cooked chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add ham or chicken and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the frozen peas and carrots. Stir-fry for a few minutes until thawed and cooked through.
  5. Crack eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the vegetables.
  6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Keep stir-frying until the rice is heated through and evenly coated with soy sauce. Serve hot!
