Garlic Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta:
Garlic Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add mushrooms and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes on each side.
5. Remove shrimp and mushrooms from skillet and set aside.
6. Pour white wine into the skillet and scrape up any bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.
7. Simmer until the wine has reduced by half.
8. Add heavy cream and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
9. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
10. Return the shrimp and mushrooms to the skillet and toss until coated in the sauce.
11. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
Campbell Mushroom Soup Pasta Recipe:
Campbell Mushroom Soup Pasta Recipe
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft and translucent.
4. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
6. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
